Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art form that was developed to enhance both physical and emotional well being.
It has been said that Tai Chi is a combination of moving yoga and meditation.
Practicing Tai Chi improves strength, flexibility and respiratory function.

This class runs on a Wednesday from 11am to midday. (Except over the summer months)
