Enjoy the calm, relaxing energy gained through a Yoga session. Yoga's powerful system of mind/body exercises can be an excellent de-stresser because it works on muscles, bones and joints as well as the nervous system.Yoga postures are designed to stretch, tone and refresh the body while calming the mind.
Yoga is beneficial to both men and women attributing to an individual's ENERGY, STRENGTH, HEALING, FLEXIBILITY & MENTAL HEALTH.
The health benefits of Yoga have been divided into 3 categories -
1. The Physical health benefits which include Energy, Strength, Healing & Flexibility
2. Emotional health benefits which includes Peace, Joy & Compassion
3. Mental health benefits such as Brain development, Concentration & Awareness
