C.A.L.M. is a programme which aims to tackle health inequalities, promote physical and emotional health and address feelings of low self esteem and insecurity.
C.A.L.M. provides opportunites for local people to become active participants in managing their own physical and emotional health and contribute to the building of social capital, networks and peer support groups.
Our Aims:
The ultimate aim is to achieve positive change in social conditions that effect well-being and exposure to risk factors.

Each of these organisations has a proven track record in programme design and delivery within the Falls Ward and further afield, and have worked with each other on several projects over a number of years.

Colour breathing classes & training
Mental health awareness training
ILM award in stress awareness

NVQ level 3 Direct training & support
